Left bank loan from Middle East

Hi atty;
I just want to ask if the bank can file a estafa case against me. Iam working in the middle east but due to emrgency prblem I have to go home that is the reason why I was not able to finish the payment for the loan.
I went to the NBI and renew my NBI they told me that they have to verify my name I have to wait for another 2 weeks for the result and it reall puzzled me what is realy the problem, and this really bother me everyday.
My question is would it be possible that they already file a case against me, since I havent recieve any letter from the bank, since I left the middle east. I am afraid that if ever I am going to get my NBI they will tell that I have already a warrrant of arrest?Can they file a case against me without informing me for the demand payment. Pls do help me to relieve me from this stress thanks a lot

you are not the first to ask this. stop speculating, go get your nbi clearance. very unlikely they will arrest you.
