Good day Atty. Let's say someone sued me. I won the case and he lost his. Is he responsible to pay his legal fees as well as mine?

only if you can prove that it was filed in bad faith, and that is rare.

They did not receive any notice to explain and terminated the following days. They were told to go into the room one by one, sit on the chair facing the wall. They'd waited for few hours. Supervisor interrogated them. They sued the supervisor. They lawyer told my sister and company that they had a strong case against the supervisor. If that was so why they lost the case? The lawyer is convincing my sister to file a motion to appeal the case. Recently the supervisor went to my sister's neighborhood asking for my sister's whereabouts. Telling people my sister owed money from the bank and refused to pay back and now hiding. Atty. why do you think they've lost the case? Thank you.

it is better to discuss this with their lawyer. I would have sued the company at nlrc, not the supervisor.
