I bought a property in the Philippines but The title is under the name of my sister since I'm in the United States.No I wanted to put my name on the title and remove her name on it. Ano po gaga win ko. Thanks

have her issue a deed of transfer, pay taxes, and you can transfer the the title.

Thank you for your help atty. One more question po. Can she make her own deed of transfer or my legal form po? How long will it take for the processing. Kci uuwi Lang po ako pra ditto. Do I need to hire a lawyer?
