Yung company po nmin is change of ownership, then pinagpapasa po nila kmi ng resignation effective ng july 1, 2015 tapos po my ibibigay lng clang memo samin na katunayan na babayaran nila ang separation pay namin and other benefits. Ask kopo if legal yung ganon kahit walang pirma ng owner ang memo ayaw pa po nila ipakita ang nilalaman ng memo kaliwaan daw pa pagpasa ng resignation tsaka nila bibigay memo.k
