Arresto Menor

My mom died last Nov 2010, 4 kaming anak nya, (ages 31, 27, 25, 20) lahat may family na. Bata pa kami hiwalay na sila ng Papa ko,may ibang family na Papa ko with 6 kids. This last July, nagpakasal na sila nung 2nd wife nya. Tanong ko lang kung sino na ngayon ang may karapatan sa claims sa SSS at Pag ibig ni Mama ko? PLEASE help me po.

thank you po sa reply. Pero sa SSS ng mom ko nilagay nya dun "single" siya. Yung mom po ng mom ko, buhay pa.., dpo ba siya eligible?
