The manager got fired and the staff members are threatened that they will be replaced too.
The company owner said he already eyed replacement to the training officer and still looking for a replacement to handle the accounting and IT department too. Is this fair? This already caused psychological trouble to them.
The employees involved have no records of any violation in the company. But the company owner is spreading negative comments about the staff causing them to be uncomfortable in front of other employees.
If the employees will be terminated as rumored,is it just?
