i need your advice.
My 6 year old son was hit by a motorcycle driven by a 14 year old & without a license. His upper right lip was damaged. As per his plastic surgeon, it will take time for the scar to flatten, maybe 1 year before she can continue the therapy. Right now, I can sense that my son is shy, he lost his confident.
What should I do? What case should be filed? Can I demand for moral damages?
Btw, all the hospital bill was paid by my insurance company.
