NBI RECORD

Just want to ask I have a friend who has an ongoing case. They had the decision already with RTC and it didnt turn out good so they filed the case in Court of Appeal. Now my friend needs to work and they would require the NBI clearance, just want to ask if my friend will have a record already when he renew his NBI. Pls reply[b]

if a warrant of arrest was issued previously, there probably will be.

magandang hapon po...kanina pong umaga kumuha po ako ng NBI clearance then na HIT po ako then sabi ng NBI balik daw po ako 3 weeks after...ask ko lng po kasi po dati nung minor pa po ako 16YO nasangkot po ako sa kasong nakawan then tinurn over po ako sa DSWD tapos po pag 18 ko hinatulan po ako ng judge ng Diversion Program tapos po hanggang ngayon nag rereport parin po ako sa DSWD...ask ko lng po kung yung kaso na yon ay mag aattached sa record ng NBI?? Maraming Salamat Po!!!

no, only if the case is actually filed in the prosecutor's office.

nareleasan po ako ng nbi clearance,,,,then is there a possibility po bang made mistake ang mga nagtratrabaho dun and then just realized na may kaso pla ako.kasi sabi nong friend ko pinababalik ako where i got my nbi dahil nagkamali daw cla nong nerelease nila ang nbi ko dahil my ingoing na case ako...

hello atty. ask lang nakatanggap ako ng resolution ngayon issued on feb 2. 2012. said that case of simple theft against me. at naka saad doon na the subpuena has been sent but i did not receive any subpuena in my house only receive now is the resolution case filed against me. wala akong kinuha at wala naman witness na maka pagtibay na akoy nag nakaw...do i need to reply the resolution filed against me?... maging wanted na ba ako sa NBI, DFA?....pls help me what to do atty.. advise me. false accusation kasi sinasampa nila sa akin....

1.I HAVE A HIT AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT I MUST COME BACK ON MARCH 15 FOR MY CLEARANCE. ANG TANONG, SA MGA KUMUHA NG MGA CLEARANCE NILA NA MAY HIT, LAHAT BA KAYO NATANONG SA NBI MAIN? OR NAKUHA RIN AGAD WITH "NO DEROGATORY RECORD"? SURVEY LANG, ITS MY 1ST TIME KASI KUMUHA.


2. PWEDE BA REASON YUNG DI KO PAGBAYAD SA POSTPAID BILL KO? KASI A LAW FIRM SENT ME LETTER NA MAY "PEOPLE OF THE PHILS VS MY NAME" THREE TIMES. THEN THEY STOPPED SENDING NA.IS THERE A POSSIBILITY NA YUNG ANG REASON NG HIT KO SA CLEARANCE? DI BA DAPAT MAY ADVICE KUNG MAY NAGING FINAL DECISION YUN IF EVER?
