Just want to ask I have a friend who has an ongoing case. They had the decision already with RTC and it didnt turn out good so they filed the case in Court of Appeal. Now my friend needs to work and they would require the NBI clearance, just want to ask if my friend will have a record already when he renew his NBI. Pls reply
