good day!

hihingi po sana ako ng advice about sa annulment..
kasi nag file ng annulment ung x-husband ko at binigay ung summon sa akin thru his lawyer... ang tanong ko jan kailanggan ko ba permahan ung binigay na summon nila kahit hindi pa nila napasa sa fiscal? kasi sabi ng lawyer ng x-husband ko kailanggan daw permahan ko muna ung ginawa nilang summon para mabigay sa fiscal.. saan ba ung tama? procedure ng annulment? ung court order ba hintayin ko o permahan ko muna ung ginawa nila summon pra ma start ung processing ng annulment nmn..

good day!!

regarding sa ofw..kasi nag file ako ng case sa husband ko dahil single ung nilagay nya status last 2008 at hindi ko na cont yun.. nung nag check ako sa poea naka peding sya as watch-list.. pero bakit makaka labas pasok pa rin sya ng ibang bansa pero wala syang record since i file him a case.. saan pong office na pwede mapuntahan at malamang kung meron sya record na lumalabas pasok sya sa bansa? maaari ba sya makulong nun? and kailanggan ko bang kumuha pa ng warrant of arrest para madali siyang habulin at ipakulong?

your case was filed at the poea only? not the prosecutor's office?

ung case sa poea matagal na un.. nagtataka lg ako kung bakit pwede pa rin siya makakalabas ng ibang bansa kahit naka watchlist na..
sa poea ko lg na filled ung case na un..

about sa annulment,etong buwan lang binigay sa akin ng lawyer ng x-husband ko na dapat ko daw permahan kahit walang court order para mabilis ung processo kasi kinakasal na sya uli.

if you are referring to the BI watchlist, the order may have been already lifted.

if you want your marriage to be annulled, then assist him. if not, you can oppose the annulment.
