kinasuhan po ako ng husband ko ng adultery. we had already 3 hearings included ung arraignment. di pa natapos ang case may natangap naman ako ng legal separation, ang nakasaad po don is hindi ako magtangap ng ni isang kusing sa naipundar namin sa assets, at pagbabayarin po ako ng moral damages, payment ng attorney nya and ung 1 year na sahod nya dahil hindi xa nakasakay sa barko dahil sa seaman xa.

he filed adultery kasi po may nakapagsabi po sa kanya na ka ofismate ko that i had sexual intercourse with the other gu, kinuha nya ung to be his wtness kaya un ang naging basis ng mister ko to file adultery.

sa ngaun sabi ng atty ko mahihirapan daw kmi na ipaglaban ang case kasi wala daw akong mabigat na witness to dispute the allegation.

2nd question po, how many months po ang process ng legal separation? gusto ko na rin po un legal separation para total freedom na..

with consent po ng friend ko ang paggamit ko ng account nya..

it appears you already have your own lawyer. you should discuss this with him because he has better understanding of your case.

you can negotiate the damages, but note that in legal separation, you are not allowed to remarry.

pwede ko mabalik muli ang dati kung surname if im legally separated? and all my documents be changed?
