Good day...I really need your help with regards to the current situation in our subdivision. Our water supply provided by the subdivision owner has been diminishing. A lot of us residents are already complaining personally to the owner but no action was done. Some of the residents were even allowed to use electric water pumps that is connected to the main line of water instead of deep well, this even worsened the problem. We are now in a dilemna because our water bill is so high but the water we get can't even provide us enough water to take a bath. I hope you could help us on how to address the problem legally and if there are legal grounds for us to use as basis for filing a case.Thank you so much and we hope to hear from you soon.
