hi every one can i ask about an estafa case?
how long would you been in jail if found guilty on a estafa case, and does it have a bail? and how much would it cost... because i would like to file a case to a certain someone who issued me a check worth 200,000 pesos but it bounce, kindly help me pls

a bounced check is not immediately estafa.

Good morning everyone!I had a conversation with a bank representative 2 days ago. May unsettled account po kc ako. and nasabi ko po kasi n a i dont have the intention to pay and recorded po pala yung usapan namin. matinding evidence po ba yun against me? anong penalty po ba nun just in case? makukulong po ba ako? hoping for an urgent reply. thanks

how long ang process kpg nagfile n ung nagdemanda skin ng estafa..may settlement po n pwede mapagkasunduan kc babayaran ko namn ung nakuha q pera s tao..ilang days po b bago maka rcv aq ng subpeana s atty...pwd po b kmi ipadampot at ikulong agad dahil kaso namin n kumuha ng pera ng tao..27,400 po ung nakuha namin n ndi agad nagsbi s may ari..2 po kmi naghati pero babayaran po dn namin un,,i need ur responce ayoko po makulong..

hi atty,,asking for help..ung sister q nakaloan po s lending ng 80k ant aq ang co maker ngaun po may motion for execution n po cia anu po mangyayari skin kpg ndi nakapay ung ate q ayoko po nakulong dhl s knya..pls advice
