I posted the name of the person who refused to pay me on my FB wall, no defamatory statements or threats. Just demanding that I get paid.

I didn't spam other people's walls.

Did I do anything wrong?

What about freedom of speech?

Said person still refused to pay but threatening to sue me.

i would argue that is libel.

I didn't say anything derogatory...
EX. " I hope ___ will pay me,it's been 2 years."

" 10 more days and ---- promised to pay me."

I read in Inquirer that Z--- during an interview mentioned the name of the person who issued them a bouncing cheque, on national tv and newspapers, lots of name calling ", worse than what I did.

Thank you for your help and one more thing, how can I run after a person who run away with my money, no contracts signed since she was a friend.

Filed a suit but fiscal said it was plain loan.

if the amount is less than 100k, you can file a small claims case. rules on sc.judiciary.gov.ph
