technically possible, if portions of the properties covered by each oct were separated and consolidated into the new tct

salamat po attorney...naverify ko na po, Typo error daw sa registry of Deeds...

Nakalagay po kasi dun sa TCT ng lolo ko:

"...originally registered in....as OCT 6857...

tpos dun sa next na paragraph,

"..this cert is a transfer from the OCT 2857..."

kaya po ako nalito...the same OCT pala, typo error pala...
