tanx po..sa kaso po ng frend ko nahuli kc nya nagkaron ng kalive in asawa nya tapos ngpakamatay ito kc nalaman nya mgfile ng case ung frend ko..pwede po ba ituloy ung filing ng case against dun sa kabit kahit wala na ung lalaki? kc nalaman nlng na fren ko na ngkarun ng anak asawa nya sa kabit at balita nga po na ngpksal cla pero di pa nconfirm kc di pa nakakuha ng paper from nso..pero ung bata nkaapelyedo sa asawa ng frend ko..

changing my answer... if they got married,it is still possible for a bigamy case to prosper against the woman if it can be proven that she knew that her marriage is bigamous
