our house is on housing loan under SSS, for 25 yrs under my father's name. my mom and dad separated about 5years ago. so we are the one paying for mortgage of he house. since he have left us. right now my daddy has retired we are afraid that he will sell the house without our consent since this is under his name. do we have more right than him since we are the one paying for the house?

yes they are married but i have heard that he made a document stating that transferring all rights of my mom to his brother.
