Kanino nkapangalan ang title? Was it a Registered Land? To be true, its better to exercise caution in buying rights, coz a lot of problem myt arise on it. Verify everything. If its Titled, get the Title number and check it with the RD, Register of Deeds, check the Encumbrances at the back of the title.
