Hi am from the US and married a Filipino I bought a house the philippines but we mainly live in the US.
I found my wife cheating on me gave her a second chance but she is still cheating so we decided to divorce.
The house is in my wifes name but I also signed onto the deeds now she wants to sell the house and keep all the proceeds herself then half of my assets in the US.
My wife states she does not need my permission to sell the house in Philippines and claim all the money can anyone help with advice.
