i got an needle stick injury last January 2011 from a patient with hepatitis c after an operation during my volunteering as nurse, i had reported this matter to my supervisor, my biggest mistake is that i didnt put on writing, last april i was suppose to work abroad when my medical exam shows i gotten the disease. now the hospital claims that theyre clean from trouble and had no responsibility to the case since i couldnt present any prof of that incident. i was so devastated as of now as my life turns to my darkest nightmares. i had no one to run to, the treatment is so costly. what is my desposition?

it was an accident, yes it is a form of negligence on my part, but it is never an intention or happed while arguing, can there be a liability on the hosp or can i demand for a support, im going to have may treatment and it cost a lot of money. how about the employees rights

you should inquire at the Employment Compensation Commission if they will provide support for something like this.

you will have to prove negligence on the part of the hospital and file a case against it.
