Arresto Menor

Hi, I am a call center agent and I have 15 days suspension due to violation of company rules.

I decided to file a resignation and I 'm almost done with my 30days of rendering services.

The problem here is, they didn't serve the 15 days suspension(and I'm about to leave the company in a week).

How will those suspensions affect me after I leave the company? Will it be deducted to my backpay? or will it be deducted to my Vacation leave credits? or will it just be voided?

Really need your help!Thanks!
