Greetings,

I would like to seek an assistance about how to file a complaint for defamation/libel. I am getting comments and postings on one of the social networking site I am a member of. I know the person who is doing it and I would like to sue her. I kept the posts and comments and every text message she's sending me. Would it cost me a lot to file a case against her?

i believe you have to get a lawyer who has knowledge in electronic evidence and e-libel to help you prepare your complaint.
