sir pls help,i filled a case reckless imprudence causing damage to property with physical injuries.now the respondent submitted his counter affidavit.anu po ung tawag sa sagot ko s counter affidavit nya??and if matuloy na po kaso anu po ang posibleng magiging penalty nya pag natalo sya??salamat po kung cnu man ang makakasagot.GOD BLESS this site and more power!!

arresto mayor or one month and one day to six months of imprisonment is the penalty. it is governed by summary procedure.
