good afternoon, nalugi ho kase ang business namen at meron kame di nabayaran na mga suppliers and credit cards. napaalis na rin po kame sa aming inuupahang office, tapos the other day po kukuha ako ng NBI di daw po ako clear at kailangan ko bumalik sa katapusan, pano ko po ba malalaman kung me mga pending case kame? kase wala naman po kameng nakukuhang mga sub poena. Tsaka natatakot po ako bumalik sa katapusan kase baka me mga nbi na nakaabang saken at hulihin po agad ako. please help me, im scared.

i've not heard of anyone being arrested by nbi. the risk will be probably if it is a heinous case. send a representative with an authorization letter.
