can I still file a case?

I work at a callcenter here in ortigas. during training I was absent for 2 consecutive days due to asthma, I submitted a medcert and was informed that i missed a lot and will be endorsed to the next batch which started july 25. HR called us for a meeting 4pm july 25, and told us that my absence was not considered a single instance and incurred 2 absences since that was not allowed. and offered a graceful or go thru an investigation which usually leads to termination and they even tried to convince us to take the graceful exit. but we didn't and opted for the investigation, they told us that they dont have the explanation forms that time so they will just call us. after a few days they called and asked me to join the training yesterday which was already on the second week. i did report to the office but i did not sign any return papers. Its hard to work anymore since everytime i see the bosses i feel that they are reaaly angry with me. and everybody has been telling me to be careful.

Can i still file a case with NLRC because they tried to fire me?
If not can I ask compensation for what happened?

there is no case to be filed at nlrc because you were not terminated.
