Concern ko po regarding sa nabiling lupa ng husband ko at the time na mag-asawa na kami, pinagawaan din po nya ito ng bahay na ang nakatira ay mga byenan ko at kapatid nya na may asawa.Binili po kasi nya ito na hindi ko nalalaman. At ang pinalagay po sa title ng lupa ay nakapangalan lang sa husband ko at SINGLE pa ang status sinabi lang nya sa kin ng tapos na ang lahat. May karapatan po ba kami ng mga anak ko sa property na naipundar nya? Maconsider ba na conjugal property ito? At sino po ang mas may karapatan kami o ang magulang nya. Pls. advice po.

that is conjugal property. you can petition the court to correct the title to say that he is married.

isa po akong ampon may conjugal property po ang kinalakihan kong parents namatay ang nanay ko nag asawa ulit tatay ko may 2 clang anak ngaun namatay na rin po ang tatay ko may karapatan po ba ako sa lupa? ilang porsiento po? dalawang title po kasi un 1.5 hectares at 6683 sqm.

tanong ko lang po regarding dun sa post ko na ung Title ay nilagay lang sa status ay SINGLE, kapag po ba pinetisyon sa korte at pinabago sa MARRIED ay magbabayad pa ng mga taxes like, transfer tax at iba pang fees. Pls. advice po.
