Hi.Is there a provision in the labor code that allows the employee to get all his monetary gains including, salary, 13th month and incentives on his last day? The company told me that they're going to release it after 2 months but it a reliable source told me that the company will leave all their responsibilities hanging in layman's term, they will "fly by night." I want to secure my money so I need to write a letter demanding for it and and such and to make a strong point, I was hoping to know such provision from the labor code. Please help me. thank you.
