I work in a call center.
On 7/2/11, I was caught doing AUX Jumping (doing outbound calls to avoid call from coming in). The suspension was just served to me THIS WEEK, that was a year ago after their rules were violated. There is also a provision on company's handbook that this should quash after a year.
Are they violating certain labor provisions and if that is so, what should I do?
