dear atty, andito po ako sa abroad pero bago poako umalis saamin may nag sampa po akin ng kaso slight physical injury po..pero bago po yung flight ko ay nakapagawa ako sa atty ko ng counter affidavit..dko na po nahintay yung kaso kc po nakahanda lahat ng papers ko..ano po consequences mangyayar atty??patukoy pa rin po ba yung case na yun kahit na after 2 years na ang balik ko sa pinas? d pa rin po ba yun void kahit ilang taon na ang lilipas? at pwede po ba ako arestuhin ng nbi dito sa abroad?

atty pls help po kc andito nko abraod wala npo ako communucation sa pao lawayer ko...pwede po ba mag patuloy yung case kahit wala akong pinirmahan,,,at maari ba ma void yung kaso for many years na lumipas?

the fiscal can resolve the case based on whatever evidence was submitted by the complainant. you should have someone check on the case at the prosecutor's office.

if it was resolved against you and a warrant of arrest was issued, it will remain valid unless the court withdraws the warrant.
