hi this is in referrence to the case my mom filed for forcible entry we just got the result and we won d case i just want to ask when can we possibly collect the damages awarded to us as well as destroy the illegal fence being constructed by our opponent this was the judgement by the court if they decide to appeal to a higher court is the judgment still applicable even though they file for appeal? pls help!
