Dear Atty,

Nanghihingi mo ang Inspector ng Meralco ng 130,000 pesos para dun sa penalty ng electric tampering.. Bakit po kya umabot ng ganung kalaki ung amount ng penalty.. ano po ba ang mga standard amount at charges na puede nilang ibigay. Kung may pagkakakulong, puede mo bang bayaran nlng at magakno po ito?

Pa advie nman po atty.. salamat po...

i may not as professional as other but i think i cud stil advice for your problem...

go to meralco office and bring all your previous billings before ka mag electric tampering upto they caught you in act. these billings would help you a lot, staff wil based on billing kung magkano nconsume mo n electricity with/with out electric tampering. And indicate all your appliances inside your house. after this makipag tawaran ka and makiusap(this will help you, show sincerity). if they agreed, pede mo bayaran yun for 2/3yrs and isasama nlng s monthly bill mo...
