What are my rights over properties donated by my parents to my siblings? My parents have filed for separation of property. Donation of one property took effect already while my Mom is still alive. And the other property will take affect after my Dad is deceased. NOTE that these properties were donated to my siblings, excluding myself. Do I have any right over these properties. What are the grounds for revocation of donation?

you can have the donation revoked if there are not enough properties left for your legitime

I am looking at the worst thing that might happen. What if there is disinheritance from my parents (just in case), do I still have a right to their properties?

you'll have to file a case to annul the disinheritance
