Atty. pwede po ba ireklamo o kasuhan ang tao sa brgy. o sa prosecutors office kahit wala siya sa bansa? Kailan po pwede magbigay ng subpoena ang mga pulis? Pwede ka ba hindi sumama sa mga pulis kung wala ka naman subpoena o warrant of arrest?

yes, a case can be filed against someone even if they are not here. you can decline an invitation from the police.

Pwede po ba magreklamo sa brgy. ang taong nasa abroad at wala sa Pilipinas? Ayaw po kasi umalis ng tao nakatira sa bahay nya, sino po kaya ang pwede magrepresent para ireklamo ang taong pinaaalis nya sa bahay nya?

the person outside the country can issue an SPA at the philippine embassy and authorize someone here to act on their behalf
