Tanong ko lang, kung nagkasakit ba ang empleyado sa abroad at pinauwi ito ng employer dahil sa sakit nya, responsibilidad pa ba ng employer ang lahat ng gastusin nya sa Pilipinas?

no, but he is entitled to insurance and disability benefits if he was under a POEA standard contract.

Paano kung wala siyang POEA standard contract, dahil sa abroad siya hire parang name hire ba ang tawag pero legal naman ang contract nya. May karapatan ba sya maghabol o magdemand sa employer nya kung wala sya makuha sa POEA?

in that case, it will depend on the law of the place where he worked. even if he could file a case here, it will be very difficult to enforce it against a foreign employer.

What if if they have the same nationality, which is Filipino. But her employer is just working abroad.

it sounds like he's a direct hire and it didn't go through poea so he can't expect any protection from our laws.
