Tanong ko lang po kung anong kaso ang pwede ko isampa sa taong palaging nagrereklamo samin sa baranggay pero wala naman kami ginagawa o sinsabi sa kanyang masama. Malaking abala na kasi sa amin yun palagi kami pinapatawag sa brgy. Anong kaso ang pwede namin isampa sa kanya? Maraming salamat.

is that all that he does? filing complaints is not necessarily an actionable offense.

Yun lang naman ang ginagawa niya, pero malaking abala na kasi kung parati kami pinapatawag sa baranggay kahit wala naman kami ginagawa. Pati ang nanay namin dinadamay niya sa reklamo na wala rin kinalaman.

you can file a case of unjust vexation or abuse of right at the bgy
