Hi! Atty,
I want to ask a legal advice from you about my property which i have acquired 2 years ago.
I got a housing unit last July 2009 in a housing developer name PROFRIENDS and that time we have an agreement or they even promise us that they will turn-over the unit last December 2010 but unfortunately the December 2010 came the unit is only 10% construction despite of my several follow ups to them. Then they promise me again that they will finish the construction by January 2011 the same thing happen the unit still not done. Then again they said February, then March, then April, then June and last they said it will be mid of July but sad to say that for the 7 months that i have given an extension to them the house is not yet complete. I already lost my patience and i'm already fed up. Can i recover all the money which i have paid to them since this is because of there shortcomings or failure? Can i file a case to them just in case they will not return back my money?
Am hoping for your reply with regards to my queries and hope that i can settle this problem asap.
Thanks and God bless.
