about writ of execution

i am single mother of 3,, when i was filed from DOLE a writ of execution ... i kept ignoring the letter because all the accusation of this 1 employee are not real,, until one day i received a final decision from the court and my ignorance to this caught me a big time... i owe this man worth 300k, from a house business of delivering food to call centers tru packed styro lunch... a business good for a daily living.. so i closed because the police might visit the house the 2nd time around and i have nothing to give... anyway next year i plan to get married... can i start making a new bank account and can they still get my money from the bank even if i use my husband's surname?
also in case they still have rights from it, how can i start saving money without the fear of losing it , where is the bank secrecy in here po... please let me know... thank ou very much....

bank secrecy law is waived in case there is a court case and a writ of execution is issued.
