What can we do if a writ of execution was issued to us by Makati Regional Trial Court. The writ is for my sister's credit card and personal loan debt which grew to 628K. They already froze her China Bank Account and now we fear that may take away our home and personal belongings. What should we do?
Please take note that the house is not under her name and most of the stuff we have here was bought by my uncle in Saudi.
