ano po ba ito...di kami kasal ng asawa ko me kaso syang small clAIMS may na ipundar na ako mga gamit ito po ba e ma sisiquerster din ng sheriff para ma bayaran ang kanyang inutang na para mapunuan ito...paki adavice naman ako kung ano dapat naming gawin para ma isalba ko ang mga na ipundar ko hbang di pa si ne serve ang writ of execution....maraming salamat po...

May dalawang provisions kasi ang Family Code natin eh para sa property ng common law spouses eh, isa para sa may kakayahang magpakasal (Art. 147), at isa para sa wala (Art. 148.

Saan kaya kayo dun? Yun kasi magiging basehan kung may karapatang pag mamay-ari ang "asawa" mo sa mga na-ipundar mo.
