...wrong spelling po ung middlename ko sa bc, pero ginamit ko sya sa passport ko,nkapg japan n rin po ako ng 2 beses,sa ngaun po di ko ginagamit ung wrong middle name ko sa bc at lahat ng documents and id's ko ang gamit ko ay tamang spelling ng middle name ko,now po gusto ko mag abroad kso worry ako kc magkaiba ang middle name ko s passport at s mga id's ko,bka po magkaroon ng problem sa pagkuha ko ng visa. ano po dapat gawin?

...my middle name suppose to be "GARAIS" but it appeared in the bc as "GARIAS",can it be a typo error? wat should i do? worry lng po ako kpg hiningan ako ng id s pgkuha ng visa ay mgkaproblema...pls help wat should i do?????

you can file a petition for correction of clerical error under ra 9048 at the civil register where your birth certificate was filed.
