hello po. ask ko lang po if i can be considered still single kasi po iba po ang spelling ng surname ko sa birth certificate at Marriage certificate ko, though 1 letter lang naman po. if kukuha po ako ng marriage certificate using my name, middlename and surname sa birth certificate ko, wala po bang a-appear sa NSO?
