REQUISITES FOR A VALID INSTITUTION OF HEIR:

1. Designation in will of person/s to succeed

2. Will specifically assigns to such person an inchoate share in the estate

3. The person so named has capacity to succeed

4. The will is formally valid

5. No vice of consent is present

6. No preterition results from the effect of such will
