Meron akong friend, she got 2 marriages, one in manila and one in the province, yung asawa (H) nia pumunta ng US, ngayun gusto syang kunin, matagal na asawa nya dun, na denied sya kc yung asawa nia ang dineclare yung kasal nya sa manila sya naman ay sa province, nagkaron ng discrepancy! till now di na xa nakuha, but hubby said pwede daw ayusin yun sa atty sa US..pero nabalitaan namin may asawa na c (H) sa US. what she will do now?

She can file a petition for declaration of nullity of her marriage with the foreigner on the ground that their marriage is bigamous.
