Wlang kontrata pero may resibo ng bayaran. Nanakawan kmi, nakuha mga laptop at digicam, binaklas ung mga padlock sa mga rooms. Ang masaklap, mag 1 week p lng aqng nkalipat. May habol b aq sa landlord? Nung nangyari ang nkawan caretaker lng ang nsa bahay dahil may mga trabaho nman kming mga tenant.

Pls help nman po.... Im really clueless about this. Everybody says dpat pgbyarin nmin ang landlord. What do you think po? Any kind of reply will be appreciated. Thanks in advance

unless you can prove the landlord had anything to do with the robbery, i do not believe he is liable.

atty may tanong din po ako same with the case above, nanakawan din po ako nag rent ako ng room, halos lahat ng gadget ko po nakuha 10 item po nakuha plus cash. Ung may ari ng bahay po walang pakialam sa reklamo namin ayosin yung nga door ng bahay kasi sira na. Wala pong action na ginawa hagat eto na ninakawan na kami.. Ano po pwding kaso na pwding eh sampa sa kanya? At ang suspect din po namin ay yung anak nya na my kaso na dati sa snaching at drugs. Salamat po
