My Father abandoned us

I just wanted to ask some advice about ny situation, yung father ko po kasi umalis papuntang U.S when i was 5 yrs.old and my brother is 3yrs old by then his reason is to work for our family's future he is igiving us support nung una less than a yr. after nun tumigil na sya and never na po syang nag bigay ng kahit ano man para sa amin ng kapatid ko tinatry po namin syang kontakin pero kapag nag e-email kami at minemessage namin sya sa facebook about financial support hindi po sya sumasagot i hope u can give me a piece of advise on what to do sya nga po pala nag pakasal sya sa U.S kahit kasal pa sila ng mommy ko dito sa phil. may karapatan po ba kami sa kung ano man ang maiiwan nya kahit may bago na syang pamilya sa U.S? salamat po at godbless

indeed you have legal rights, but the problem is how to enforce them if he is not here. my recommendation is to find some NGO in the USA that may give you legal assistance.

I just read the discussion you had with the subject above.
I am an illegitimate child and my father went to US on Dec 2004 through Lola's petition.
Around November 2006, he stop supporting us and stopped communicating with us.
His parents used to hang up on us whenever we try to call them.
I went to my half-sister last year and gave me a false hope that they will help us and give us the new contact number of our father.
And just this morning when I rang them, she told me that she does not want to give Papa's number to us and that Lola does not allow/want Papa to communicate with us anymore. I said I'm Papa's child as well but they stood their ground that they don't want to give Papa's number in US.
We don't know Papa's number and address in US.
I have younger siblings age 8, 15, and 22. Me and my sister did not get a 4-yr degree course and my mother does not have a stable job to support us.
I hope you can help us what to do..
