patulong naman po my problema kc ko s birth certificate ko, mali po yung sa year.. ang birthday ko po is may 11, 1987 .. pero ang nakarehistro sa nso ay may 11, 1991 .. ano po ba dapat kong gawin dito.. salamat po.. No

you have to file a petition in court to have that corrected. or just make yourself 4 years younger.
