Arresto Menor

I was a regular employee at a certain company in industrial site at Calamba, Laguna for almost 15 years. I just resigned recently. I didn't remember if the contract i signed for being regular employee stated anything about the separation pay. My question is: Is it possible for me to get a separation pay even this was not included in the contract I signed before? What government agency can i seek help regarding this matter? Please help me with this. thank you very much

If there is no basis for the separation pay to be given, then you are not entitled to any.

in your statement you say you resigned. this will disqualify you from separation pay.
