New employment contract?

Tuloy-tuloy pa din ang bilang ng serbisyo o hindi na?

Generally, separation pay is non-taxable.

kung tuloy-tuloy ang serbisyo (hindi kayo pumirma ng bagong contract with a new hire date), wala dapat separation pay.
