Arresto Menor

I started teaching part time last week. I haven't signed any contract because they haven't printed it yet.I wanted to quit because a better job offer came my way this weekend. Am I right in thinking I can still do so because I haven't signed any contract yet? Can I get the salary pertaining to the 4 days I have already worked there? Thank you.

yes, you can resign, but you have to serve the notice requirement of 30 days or else the company will have the right of claiming damages.
