i was been in a company last year as a marketing assitant.. 3months po un.. endo ko po nung dec tas nung feb this year kinuha po nila ako sa special project sa kalinga.. WALA PO AKONG pinirmahal n khit ano sknila kc special project lng po.. so aun po.. feb to march lng ub.. after ng.resign / umalis n ako sknila.. ngaun po hinahabol nila ako kc may mga gastos daw dun ng umabot ng 500k n hinde na liquidate.. hahabolin daw nila ako at kailangan ko un byaran with interest daw po.. pwede po ba un?? may krapatan po b cla ako habolin??
pahelp nman po pls.. Sad

if the funds were spent unlawfully, then you should account for them.

you should try to communicate with the company and reconcile these supposed expenses.

atty, even if im not the one who is responsible for UNLAWFULLY spending of that money?? my point is even if thats true i dont think i should be the one who will pay for it because theres people in the team who are supposed to manage the said money.. im just PART of the team.. not the TREASURER of it..

then that is your defense when they file a case against you. I recommend you focus now in gathering your evidence.
